I WENT ON LINE TO A WED SITE CALL FEDERAL FUNDING PROGRAMS.ORG. THEY PROMISE TO HELP YOU FIND A STUDENT LOAN FOR COLLEGE TUITION FOR $19.95 BUT IF UNABLE TO FIND THEY WOULD REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD. IT HAS BEEN AWHILE I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING YET. OH, I FORGOT THEY ALSO GAVE A REFERENCE NUMBER
