I was searching the web to purchase a TaylorMade R11 driver.  I came across this website that was offering a deal.  The website indicates it obtains its products straight from the manufactorer and ships it to you.  I purchased the club online.  Once I received the driver in the mail I noticed it was broken.  I tried to contact them to get a replacement.  They indicated they needed to see a picture of the club to verify it was broken.  I went through the process with the representative and they indicated they would refund me $20 of my purchase.  During this time I contacted TaylorMade to see if they have a fix for the club.  This is when I found out the club I purchased was a knockoff and not an actual TaylorMade driver.  The Flight Control Technology does not even work on the club.  I was deceived by this vendor.  They advertise the real product, but shipped me something else.  I can not locate a phone number or physical address for this company anywhere.  They refuse to refund my money or provide me with the actual product I ordered.  They knowingly and deliberately are ripping customers off and leaving them with a conterfiet product.
