Golf Tailor Misrepresentation, overcharge McHenry Illinois

On 1/25/16, after viewing golf tips by Mr. Doug Tool, I went to website he recommended and ordered what I thougth was a DVD on a method of driving a golf ball that was guaranteed to improve my golf swing, or get a complete refund of my $58.95 dollar cost.  On 1/28/16 I received a large parcel containing 4 sets of DVD's and two charges on my credit card of $58.95 and $108.95.

On 1/28/16 I contacted Golf Tailor's firm via phone and talked to "Josh" and explained that I ordered only 1 DVD, the Square to Square Driving method, and no other DVD's.   He sais that his records showed that I had "clicked the square".

I distinctly recall seeing $58.95 as my cost before I signed out.  "Josh"  stated that he would immediately send my, via E-mail, instructions on how to return the excess merchandise.

After watching Mr. Tool's method I discovered that it nothing new or informative.  I have been golfing over 45 years and at one timme or another have seen all of the "secrets" he professed were developed by him.  I am asking my credit card company to refuse payment and am returning all of the DVD's this date.
