I ordered two tickets to a Jack's Mannequin show in early February. In mid February Jack's decided to cancel their solo tour and play as the opener for The Frey for their summer tour.

I received an email from GoMerch.com on Feb 13 stating that there had been changes to the tour. It was pretty unclear what dates had been changed from that email. On Feb 16, I received another email from GoMerch.com. This time the information was more clear stating exactly what shows would be getting refunded. The email also stated that I would be receiving that refund in 7-10 business days. By march 2nd (10 business days later I had still not seen a refund).

The next week I called, and after a few unsuccessful attempts I left a message on a voicemail that informed me someone would call me back within 24hours. No one ever returned my call so I called again. This time I got ahold of someone. I was told that when they tried refunding my card, it came up as invalid and they would need to send me a check. This seemed odd since my card clearly was valid, no changes had been made to my card or my account. But I was open to the check idea, and I didn't think this would be too hard since they already had my address to send the tickets.

Three weeks after this and still no check. I called two weeks ago to check in again and spoke to a woman who told me that accounting had sent out the checks two days ago. I am not sure what kind of delivery service takes that long, but I don't think they ever sent any checks. I filed a dispute with Visa yesterday in hopes of getting my money back.

I will never do business with GoMerch.com again. And would recommend everyone to stay away from them.

Not quite sure what took so long to get your refund. I know that with several thousand refunds to give some orders may get overlooked. I apologize for your order being missed and I will personally make sure that we work together to get it resolved.
