Good Citizen Dog Training Boise Not Professional at all - Missed appointment, made up excuses, then was straight out rude GARDEN CITY Idaho

Called and setup an appoinment for one of their trainers to come out and see possible causes for why my dog was acting aggressive to another pet of mine. Everything was good so I thought, I allowed him to choose the best time day that worked for his schedule as I was pretty open. Thinking everything was okay and that we are still on schedule, I proceed to have family who was in town visiting leave, take my son to a babysitter. Aound 10:30am, the time of our appoinments they haven't showed, so I decide to look at my phone and see they have made up some bogus excuse that they were adopting a dog and were not able to make it, this message being sent about an hour and 15 mins before the appoinment. Figured I would atleast get a call, to reschedule? Firstly he chose the time and day, secondly he told me the reason who chose this day was because he was scheduling so other employees would take care of anything related to his boarded, fostered, and other animal services. He asks to rescheduled to 4PM, I was not happy about this - I found and paid for a babysitter and sent family out that had been driving all morning to be bailed on for a bogus reason.  So I say no you were supposed to be here, to which I recieve a smart a*s comment. I then explain the same thing I said here that I had scheduled to have this person come, made arrangements, and they couldn't even call? To which he replies "Have a great day!" Very unprofessional! If your wanting a professional animal: trainer, boarder, or foster care stay clear of this place..
