Good Deal Auto Fraudulent smog certificate to sell vehicle sacramento California

I bought a vehicle mazda6 from good deal auto on  03/011/2016 while insisting on deales's words that the vehicle is reliable with no mechincal or smog issues.  However, after driving home the check engine light turned on. Hence I tried to return the vehicle due to check engine light as a result of any malfunction of emissions but the dealer denied to return it.

I took the vehicle to several shops to ckeck engine light and they found bad catalytic converter and it can't pass smog. I took it to smog shop the following week and found it smog failure due to bad catalytic converter.

I talked with smog stop where he got certificated for smog pass and they confessed that the vehicle needs catalytic converter. I am wondering howcome the vehicle passsed smog with bad catalytic converter. They have no answer. The dealer had got smog pass certificate from smog stop fraudulently.

As per caliofrnia smog rules and regulations, the dealer or seller is responsible for smog and smog related repairs but the dealer denied to perform any repairs violating smog ruels and regulations. The dealer should have obtained other smog certificates fraudulently to cheat other customers while selling his cars. All car buyers be careful while buying from them.
