Good Feet Store - Las Vegas TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE Las Vegas Nevada

After seeing the commercials on TV and hearing that they have insoles for all types of shoes, I visited the Good Feet store on Sahara in Las Vegas to discuss their insoles.  Because I have a variety of health issues I felt having comfortable insoles might relieve some of the pain.

I entered the store and the salesman/manager did not even greet me.  I finally approached him and asked about the insoles.  He got a sample pair of insoles and placed them inside a shoe for me to try.  The shoe was too wide and the insole was huge!

I explained that I wear slender shoes and that I wanted to be able to wear heels if possible.  He then informed me that women buy these insoles all the time and wear them with their heels and are very happy with them.  He never showed me a different style of shoe or insole.

He told me the price - over $800 - I told him there is no way that I would pay that kind of money for an insole that would be too wide and unattractive to wear in my shoes, he was very rude. His tone of voice changd, his manner changed, and he showed that he was upset with me in his body language. He grabbed the insoles, turned his back and walked away.

I picked up my purse and left the store..... I won't go back!

I was the only customer in the store (now I know why) and it would have been a simple matter to show me an insole that would work.
