I am writing as i was totally mislead and ripped off by the Good feet Store of Lexington Mass..I had to go back to this store many times too try on different supports and sneakers...All the supports did was hurt my feet...I was told I had to break them in and it took 6 weeks for this to happen...When I went back within 30 days I was told alls I could get was a credit...What good is a credit for a store that doesnt help your problem...I had returned the supports and had to keep using a credit for sneakers that never worked...I have today 3 pairs of sneakers one that I bought and 2 from the credit for the supports...All 3 pairs of sneakers sit in my closet as they all hurt my feet...I am stuck with this loss...I want to advise people never to go to the Good Feet store anywhere that they have a store...This company is a total ripp off...We the customers that got ripped off are the people that pay for the commercials that they run...I was in the store when a elderly women came in...Mary Ann gave her a speal and the customer told her wow this is over 300.00 dollars...Mary Ann neglected to tell her that she will not get her money back if the supports didnt work...They give you this long receipt that explains you only get a credit for returns...Nobody is going to take the time to read it and they know it...This is why they make this policy so long...Its to suck people in...If anyone out there can help me get my money back I would greatly appreciate it...Buyer Beware before purchasing a expensive item..I now do business with another shoe store and there policy is if it doesnt work..You can return the shoes for a complete refund within 30 days or a store credit after the 30 days.

GoodFeet supports helped my plantar fasciiatis

I am lucky that the GoodFeet arch supports that I purchased did totally resolve my plantar fasciitis.  However, I agree that what you report as their return policy is obnoxious.
