Good Life LLC Reluctance to abide by their advertisement Medford Oregon

After ordering from this company an insect repellent pronely advertised as the ultimate on getting rid of all insects, harmless to Humans & Pets, I sent an e-mail (pasted below) requesting them to guarantee their ad.

The next hour, the company cancel and refund my order...isn't suspicious to you?
It is to me, and will forward the entire communication to several relevent newspapers, Radios, Local TV channels, etc.
