Good Ol Boys Moving and Storage Canada Slow, Rude, under estimating SCAM ARTISTS cambridge, Ontario

I scheduled a move from good ol boys moving for mid october 2011.  Lee who seems to be the owner came to my house and completed a estimate.  He was late by 1:45 mintues.  I was provided a email quote later for the move which was 7 hours labour plus 1 hour drive time @ 119.00 per hour.  Total move was to be 1104.01 with taxes.  After getting 1/2 of the truck loaded on moving day the movers would make comments such as "your paying buy the hour" when I asked to to have a futon bed taken apart to be able to fit in the truck.  At no point prior was I informed that this was a hourly move in which I could pay a lot more uniti now.  By the end of day it ended up being 1 hour extra and my bbq, double bed, kitchen table, bike, two bestro sets, end table, tredmill, futon bed, large vase, microwave, toaster oven, and a few pictures being left at my old address because they could not fit it on the truck.  When I asked if they could get the rest of my stuff I was told "sure for 2 more hours labour"  At this point I was already frustrated and said " no I am not paying another $238+tx that should of been included and fit into the truck.  Walls were also scatched, furniture was damaged during the move out of my residence as well as moving into my brand new home.

I have talked to Bonnie at their office several times during the following 2 weeks after my move about my concerns (from me initiating the calls). Until I finally spoke with owner LEE. At this point I thought I was going to have someone listen to my concerns about my dredfull move and provide me with some sort of resolution. I introduced myself on the phone and said I would like to talk with you about some concers I had during my move.  He then started the conversation by saying "say what you have to say".  I then said "excuse me"???  He then repeated himself and said " I've just finsihed talking with my driver and he mentioned that they left 4 items back at your old address, he offered to go back and get them and you said NO and that the move took a extra hour which is normal, so what do you want" ??? I explained how many things were left and that I shouldn't have to pay a extra $238.00 more in addition to the move and the additional hour.  Lee replied with "look! It's not our problem that you own and have accumulated so much stuff" I was shocked at what I just heard.  So I said excuse me?  Lee then repeated himself again. At this point I was really shocked.  I mentioned that he should of been able to quote a move properly and provide proper customer service.  Lee then said " I guess we will agree to disagree then"  "if you want your extra hour (119.00) back then fax me the paper work that reads Garentee beside the dollar amount" Lee then said thanks, and goodbye and hung up the phone. 

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  I have moved over 10 times and never been quoted like this, rudely treated, belongings left behind and told it was my fault ect... 

At this point I have NOT received any money back and Good ol Boys Moving has not delt with the damages that they caused.
