Good Sam Club Charge when services should have been covered Nationwide

My 95 chevy Tahoe Transmission went out wthin 30 miles from my house. I have been a member of Good Sam for years and have never

used them.

I called and asked to have truck to be towed back home, they said the nearest repair place was a Tire shop about 9 miles away and it would cost me $78.00 extra to tow to my house. 

The tow driver showed up 3 hours later and said he was just called 30 minues before he came.

I called Floods Towing Chatsworth, Ga to see if I had been ripped off and was quoted retail 85.00 so I was Ripped off by Good Sam Club because they pay wholesale so I paid for the Tow and they paid for nothing !!
