Good Sam Travel Assist Dishonest Nationwide

  To make a long story short I was traveling from Utah to Ohio my vehicle was not towing my trailer at the time. But it was with me in Ohio. On Sunday, July 24, 2016 , I approached a four-way intersection with only a two way stop a young lady in her 20s ran the stop sign I tried my best to avoid the collision and I ended up hitting a power pole totaling my vehicle. 2008 Yukon XL it was built like a tank I sustained zero injuries I was able to walk out on my own . I contacted good Sam the following Monday , and explain my situation and the only thing the operator could tell me is sorry we can't help you . I was flabbergasted & floored! The operator explain it's in their policy the vehicle has to be in good repair in order to have reimbursement for a car rental. IT WAS FREAKING TOTALED!!!! So can anybody tell me what the premises behind this roadside assistance because I have yet to figure it out. SACAM.
