I would strongly recommend staying far away from GoodAccountants.

I wouldn't necessarily say that they are a "scam" because they will technically fulfill their end of their contract but I would say that they heavily misrepresent their services and how effective they claim that they will be. Their service promises for a certain up front fee they will promote you on their site for your accounting/bookkeeping service, now obviously they cannot guarantee that a person will come to their site and choose you that is why they promise to keep promoting you until you have generated revenue equal to the amount you invested.

The misrepresentation I am referring to is based on how the service in actuality works- while their sales team has promises of great new clients and tons of additional revenue- the truth is not quite like that. the clients are either  looking for something other than our services, very small and project based and usually just shopping around (in other words the lead is still cold- these people don't know you from Adam, and unlike Angie's list they simply don't have the same street cred).

In our situation after one or 2 months of getting a couple of leads and generating 5% of my initial investment I stopped hearing from them for months, unless I called and complained which would result in another lead -usually not in any way related to my service. That was another issue- GA, despite assurance form the sales team did not specify my services or any differentiating factors between what I do and what other accounting firms do, so when I did finally get a lead it was completely a waste if time. You are better off spending your money on Angie's list, and other reputable places. Until GA attains credibility my recommendations is to stay far away from them.
