Goodwin/Silveryen - Tiffany & Co. Sent them the fake merchandise that they shipped and billed and will not return refund the money on 2 items! do not be fooled by these scammers Ripoff San Gabiel Pennsylvania

This company said they would refund all the money for the fake Tiffany items they sold. They refunded a portion and when I sent back the remaining pieces, they made up a story that the items were not doucmented on the bill.

I told them I put a seperate sticker on the side with both pieces, then they repsonded that one was missing so they would not refund the money. I put both pieces in the box. I asked them to send me back the items, they are holding the items and not refunded my credit card. I have called the FTC, Tiffany & Co directly and the Attorney General's office, Ia have proof from Tiffany that the items are fake and they will be pursuing fraud charges. do not fall victim, we will put Jim Goodwin to of business. they think beacuse they have all the items I have no proof, but they are so foolish, as I have had my lawyer purchase from them from a different address and credit card so we will have the proof to take to the authorities. these people are a disgrace! I will continue to file on this and other forums, until the FTC gets a hold of them soon.
