Google AdWords Ad Words Ripoff!! Dead End Customer Service Internet

 I only opened this account one day ago because Youtube needed a certain code from them , I guess they share the adword service. I was guided to set a budget of what iIthought I would be potentially earning from my ad. I was totally dumb founded of how this thing worked. I was unaware that i had an ad running after I entered my info which i assumed was connected to Adsense and Youtube since they are the ones who required me to have this account. Well today i recieved an alert that I owed $468.00. I was astonished to say the least! I called customer service immediately to be rudely handled by a rep claiming to have absolutely no power to transfer to a dispute department or manager. His response was " you only want to cancel becaise you see the charge". I was so heated.... after a rigorous dialogue we exchanged emails to cancel this. He said he would "work on erasing the charge" and I never heard a word back. No follow up emails at all. I called back and was again greeted with a rude kept insisting that I get a drink of water. This place os a joke. Now i have to cancel my credit card which i thought was my way of recieving my earnings from them. $468.00 charge for a two day ad that I never ran is crazy and I hope these people vet put out of business fast!
