Google Profits - Google Profits Insider GOOGLE PROFITS BEWARE THE CREDIT CARD SCAMMER! SCOTTSDALE, Arizona*NOTICE..!! this ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.

My wife, who is an otherwise bright woman saw this site entitled Google Prifits Insider and thought it interesting and inexpensive enough to try... They only wanted $1.95 for a CD with ideas for setting up webpages to gather google income. Since she is recently disabled and  wanted to do something from home for income, this sounded like a reasonable idea.

Well, the CD never came. I started seeing charges on our credit account from this company in Arizona. When asked, my dear wife assured me the only charge she had authorized was this initial $1.95. So, with this, I called our bank and asked that the $47.50 charge and $99.00 charge be disputed. Fortunately they have an excellent fraud division.

I had tried to dispute the item with the vendor, however, I was unable to talk directly with the Google Profits company because their voicemailbox was full and accepting no further messages.

This is a classic lure and drain scam. I wonder how many unsuspecting folks have been drawn to this site and given their credit cards for the $1.95.
