I having been dealing with a woman by the name of Barbara Ward (USMC ANG 122 AMXS)
The seller emailed me and told me she would cover all of the fees because she is tired of negotiating and got deployed to Greece and the car is in the military compound in NC
I have all the emails that we spoke about for over 3 days now .. I was even sent the information with the Google Wallet Program.. It even gave me warranty information that I was protected by up to 25,000 even if it is fraudelent and I would get my money back
Unfortunately I paid the monies (2526.00) and now what is leading to feel like it is bogus..
they are now requesting for me to send another 350.00 for shipping .. They are advising to send the insurance for shipping and if no damages then I would get my money back.
When I requested my money back , they asked whether I want it via credit card or bank account .
I asked why credit card or bannk when I didnt pay that way and they advise they are checking on it
I have a few numbers from North Carolina where the called me back from and I have all the emails
I have all the emails and the invoices coming from google wallet program

Yes you were scammed

How can you get your money back from someone that defrauded you? No such thing unless that person really exists and you bring a lawsuit against them and prevail. Even then, they may or may not have the funds to return to you. Look at all those ponzi schemes where the lost money was much larger than the funds that were eventually recovered.
I have a suggestion for you though: file a police report with all the information you have regarding this scam. Then go to the FTC(dot)gov website and read up on scams so you know what to watch out for the next time you go on line to buy or sell anything.
