Googleprofits Fraudulent charges, not explicitly reported in Terms and Conditions to consumers Internet

1. Trial Membership Terms and Conditions are not explicitly stated in their Terms and Conditions
2. Disputed charges are rebilled to consumer accounts without warning
3. Telephone calls to customer care dept at 1-888-563-4281 to cancel trial subscription and to be issued authorization for return of the Google "Riches" disc to a specific address, are unreachable.
4. Telephone calls to the number on the disc jacket 1-888-373-7460 are also unreachable by both landline and cell phone.
5. I was informed by a service representative that there was no real money to be made on the CD trial but if I advanced $20,000 worth of credit on the card, I would be taught how to make real money advertising a product or service.
6. I never put the CD in the drive.
7. I am still being billed for charges despite asking the representative to cancel my membership, which request was not honored by the merchant.

How can consumers return a product without an address?
How fair is it to the public when the Terms and Conditions are misleading?
How can listed contact telephone numbers go unanswered?

The merchant uses underhanded high pressure tactics to abuse the credit card further if they believe you have more credit, then avoids consumer contact within the 14-day window by disabling, blocking or interfering with attempts to contact them.

Please, BBB, help me and the countless other consumers subjected to this SCAM and hold the individuals responsible for dishonorable and misleading practices.
