There are no pros at working for this company at all. They are truly seeking large volumes of Agency Owners to make their money. Sell their Exceptional Service Team hardcore during Discovery Day for new Agency Owners looking to invest in a franchise, they put on a good act while there, but they are absolutely useless once in your office. We might as well have our own Service Team because by the team we submit something to get done to the Service Team...it gets taken care of about 4-5 days later. Sometimes a customer does not have 4-5 days to get something taken care of. Pay so much in costs that they make money off me even if I do not produce. I feel like I am stuck and can not get out. If you are going to promise all of these things to your new "Franchise Owners," then be ready to do what you say!
