 These people made no attempt to collect debts from the right people!! My husbands SSN was attached to someone elses name and we were never notified of it until they served his employer with a writ of garnishment for $1700. After looking through the papers the original bill someone named Travis C. racked up was $338 and now my husband is having to pay $1700 including fees and what not. They have taken $568 so far out of his checks so far and when I called to check the balance and talk to somebody about this ridiculous claim they told me that they had no record of any payments being made to them from my husband so somebody is taking the money and I really think it might be Shannon or Mary that work in that office because they are liars & Crooks I have called every single day trying to figure this out and they either hang up on me or transfer me to somebody else I am tired of this and we are getting attorney and we are going to look further into this because they are liars and dishonest people. I even had my husband's employer call them to confirm what they have sent them and they are saying they never received it yet they are taking it from my husband every week it is BS and we will sue them for this absolutely ridiculous misunderstanding. watch out for this company because they are out for blood they are lying thieving Crooks
