Gordon Marketing Civil Rights Violator against employees Noblesville, Indiana

This company is truly unbelievable the way they treat their employees.  I feel that I have kept quiet long enough and am exercising my first amendment right of Freedom of Speech in writing this.  I am in no way slandering this company, just bringing light to potential employees and people who may consider doing business with this company.  This company is discriminatory against their employees that are not wealthy, skinny, healthy( smokers or overweight), or just don't fit into their personal standards.  I thought we worked to make money and to be successful.  Not everyone has everything handed to them on a silver platter.  It is sad to think that this company treats their employees the way they do because of what the company feels these individuals lack.  That is why people work for a living.  If you are going to criticize and try to manipulate people like they are puppets, you should probably not have employees.

Yes, it is a family owned organization.  That does not exempt this company from having to follow state and federal regulations that should be upheld in the human resources department.  This means, you cannot call any one individual out on their weight (which could be considered a disability depending on weight to height ratio), height, gender, race, religion etc.  All employees are to be treated equally in this aspect as they claim to be an equal opportunity employer.  I am one of many who has been a victim of the discrimination brought on by the Gordon family. 

It sickens me to think that the individuals running this company feel that the way they treat their employees is justified.  There are complaints that the Gordon sisters are telling people to change who they are because they do not approve of the individual's shoes, clothing, personal preferences, hair color and styles, and to go so far as to tell someone they need to wear a padded bra because nipples are offensive.  There are employees there crying for help, but do not have the resources to pursue any legal action or have been intimidated by the company as not to pursue any type of legal action (as notated in the previous report).  I am surprised law suits have not yet been filed against this company.

Lastly, this company is full of liars.  It is a dog eat dog world and the typical, ethical people will throw others under the bus because they are being intimidated or their job is threatened by a superior within the company.  This company will manipulate anything or anyone to make themselves look legitimate and seem like outstanding citizens to their community.  For anyone seeking employment with this company, I suggest you run the other way.  They are seemingly harmless when you are initially brought it and if you conform with their personal standards (which do not align with any type of federal or state standards).  It is a family owned company and you get just that-Prejudice to people that are not part of the family or do not make them large sums of money.
