Gore Research David Gore, Amber Gore Yet more BS from Gore Research Logan, West Virginia

Yet more crap from these two. I bought their product back in 2006 and everything was fine until I got a new laptop with only USB ports, no 9pin serial port. I can not get their software to work with the USB connection even though other OBD diagnostic programs work correctly this way, and efforts to get some help from them have so far been hostile; their office person Crystal went so far as to accuse me of software piracy without checking her facts, and of course, no answer to my issue.

As a computer consultant with over 25 years of experience, I like to think I know what I'm doing with computers and software installations. I think there's a loose screw in their program and they won't deal with it so far.
