Purchased $14,876 of Gorell windows with a "lifetime warranty", on 10/25/07 from WHC Distributors. WHC is no longer in business. Gorell has now become Soft-lite Gorell and will not honor their warranty.

They are evidently experiencing problems with a poor window seal design as they fail after 4-5 years and will not honor the Gorell warranty.
