Do not do business with window contractors offering Soft-Lite Gorel windows! You'll be in the same situation as thousands of fellow consumers.

I purchased 13 Gorell Model G5305 double pane vacuum sealed with UV Rating windows in 2009. I had one window in 2011 develope moisture in the vacumm space and had it replaced. Today, 6/14/2014, I discovered three additional windows with the same issue and attempted to submitt a claim.......SURPRISE Gorell restructured by only adding Soft-Lite before it name and some dumb a*s .

CAUTION and BEWARE: A Cheat and Theft will not change its Pactices. Fellow consumers we can make a difference: List any company that performs this practise of offering a warranty and restructures to sideside its responsibilities.
