My fiance and I bought our first home that this company was in charge of. We have been here for a year now and used up all of our savings on repairs. We are over $40000 i. The whole and have so much more to do just to make the jome safe to live in. Our foundation was bad which was a previous problem that was not repaired. This caused thousands of dollars in drywall, door repairs on top of paint that we still need to do. When we had our foundation repaired, it ruined all of our carpet, fake cheap hardwood and tile floors. We knew of this damage risk prior to repair, but the repair needed to be done. We had electrical fire, and many other electrical issues. We are currently rewiring the whole house. Our roof was not supported properly after they removed main supports to get the AC unit in the upstairs. There was tile installed on the front porch that is slippery when wet and not safe. They rigged gutters to stay in Place rather than replacing the rotted, termite infested wood. The cheap cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen are falling apart and it had only been a year. New plumbing for toilets and toilet rings leak. Cement was poured throughout the home to level all floors to compensate for sinking foundation. Now all of that cement is cracked and has to be removed somehow before we get new flooring. But that's OK because we have no money left after foundation repair to fix house, or buy food, or sue this company.
