These people are quickly becoming the worst of the worst. They cater to people with bad credit, will lie to you about interest rates that you qualify for, sell cars out from under you to upsell you, and are guilty of spot delivery scams. I was lied to NUMEROUS times about a car that was supposedly there but had actually been sold and my best friend had a car from there for a month before he realized that it was a spot delivery scam and they wanted more money from him. Dont waste your time with these con arstists.

As with all my purchases, I do my starndard checking around on product and company info (rip off report, bbb, consumer report,ect...) After see these listings on here, I was very skeptical. I had seen a vehicle that I wanted on thier website so of course I called and found out more about the vehicle. I set an appointment to view the vehicle and was not able for me to make my appointment. When I did however make it in, it was sold to another customer. I felt very badly for the salesman that had come in on his day off to assist me, and I didnt show up. He was very cool about the whole situation, and assisted me in locating me th exact same vehicle that I wanted. once it arrived I set another appointment and saw this vehicle and my mind was blown away!!
Now after reading about all your other complaints about how they take care of thier good credit customers, before I contacted them i checked with a friend who says his credit, for lack of better words sucked!!! He said that thier financing dept worked very hard to get him approved and he informed me about about others complaining about not being approved. With his back ground in fianance he explained how people with bad credit tend to get mad at the dealers trying to help them, when the financing programs are NOT what they want. YOU HAVE TO HAVE GOOD CREDIT TO GET GOOD FINANCING PROGRAMS i.E.( LOW DOWN PAYMENTS AND INTEREST RATE). he explained to me. If you dont pay bills on time you dont get great financing. It is not the dealers fault, THEY ARE TRYING TO HELP YOU!!! Most places dont make any money on those bad credit deals, they work harder to get you done and make less... say thank you.
After it all I have to say that this company is very PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE, I have and will continue to recomend customers to this company and wish them the best of luck in the up comming times.

Deeply Sorry For Any Hassle That I May Have Caused By Submitting This Commment. I Have Been A Customer With This Company, Worked With This Company, AND Recieved Multiple Transactions From them. Thus Far And Still To Date I Have In No Way Shape Form or Fashion Had Any Issues With Them At All And They Have Conducted Business In A Very Professional and Attentive Manner. They Have Done So By Immediately Answering Any Questions I May Have With Prompt And Factuous Answers. I Take High Offense To Someone Leaving Bad Feedback Such As This On A Perfectly Legitament Company. I Think It's Highly Derogatory and a very Demeaning Thing To Do Not Only Towards This company But Also Indirectly Towards One's Self Character To Lie About Experiences That They Have Not Had In Any Way With This Company.

I have to disagree with you there. I had a very bad experience with Goss Suzuki. It was entirely different from the one you sent the rebuttal to. I'm going to file a seperate rip off report. I guess they have to be nice to some people. If they weren't they wouldn't have anyone to refer other people to them. They need the referrals so they can screw them out of time and money.

The people og Gos Suzuki made my experience a pleasure. I was happy with the service. No one in Nashville could get me approved, but they did with the exact amount of money I had down, and payments I wanted. Thanks to everyone there for their help.
