GoStickIt.biz Paid four months ago, still no product or refund Cypress California

Made a purchase for over $100 to this "company" on 9-29-14.  It's 1-28-15 now, and still nothing.  Based on my research, I'm no where near alone with this situation.  Several people online are stating he's done the same.  I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in San Diego to attempt and recover my money. 

After asking the apparent owner Kip James where my decals were a few weeks following the purchase, he took me on a string of lies, deadlines not met, a false tracking number, and today, 4 months later, an angry text that said not to contact him on his personal phone, even though HE contacted me from said phone.

Once you start looking at this guy, it's easy to see there's something up.  If you try to write a review on his site, it tells you your review will be reviewed and posted if chosen.  What a joke.  And hence, all of his reviews (except two four stars) are 5 star!!!  His latest review posted is over six months old.  Ripoff! Ripoff! Ripoff!  I've given this guy four months to either get me my decals which were a (failed) Christmas present for my daughter, or get me a refund.  I have full documentation to prove every single bit of what I've written here.  All he'd have to do is log onto PayPal and issue me a refund, which I've done before and it took only a couple of minutes.  PayPal only covers 45 days and I was promised I'd get my merchandise.

Apparantly this outfit is about stealing money, not earning it.  Avoid it!!!
