Gotel Insurance Shakeena Johnson, Shakeena Jones Mis information, caused my company to have to close Florida, South Carolina

I bought commercial insurance, made the down payment, then made the first monthly payment. Then I get the payment slips that show I did not have a payment due when I made the first payment, The agent told me I did not have a payment due, then I get a cancellation notice and find out they had not sent any money to the insurance carrier or the finance company, all of the sudden I am told I owe 2 months (about $3000), then I lose my operating authority from the federal motor carriers. The SC Dept. of insurance said she had made several statements that did not match with the complaint I made, what the finance comany stated or what the insurance carrier stated, and now sends me a document stating I owe them even more money.
