Gotham Steel non-stick claim is a complete lie, then they want me to spend more money to return it Nationwide

Food slid off the 9.5" frying pan the first time I used it, so,  I bought a bigger pan.  This one also worked fine the first time, but after I'd used it and hand-washed it a few times, the pan is NOT non-stick at all.  It's no better than any other pan.  The non-stick claim is a complete lie.  The website claims 

• Everything slides right off — No oil or butter needed -- THIS IS UNTRUE!!!

 I took a picture the charred surface of the pan to prove it.  After handwashing the pan a few times, it was not non-stick at alll.  Eggs burned to the bottom of the Gotham Steel frying pan, belying the video on gothamsteel.com which shows eggs sliding right off.

I called Gotham Steel customer service at 888-326-0978 to demand my money back, and was told I have to call 1-800-423-4248 to make my complaint.  When I called that number, I was greeted by an automated voice listing numbers to press for bunches of different products, but not the Gotham Steel frying pan.  When I pressed a number for 'other,' I was left on hold endlessly listening to a voice assuring me someone will be right with me.  No one ever answered.

I called the first number again and  was told I'd have to use my own money pay to ship back their defective product.  So I wasted $32 on this product already, and they want me to spend more money on it?!
