I ordered a standard logo to be designed in Feb 2012. I then upgraded the logo to their $85 package on May 5th and was charged on May 8th. Then on May 31st I was charged $85 again for the same logo design. I have been requesting a refund since the fraudulent charge was made and the only response I get is that they are checking on it.

I have done business with this company for many years and this is the first time they have not responded or provided me with a solution. I recently referred a business associate to them and they never provided him with a logo but still charged his account.

Something must be going on with their company and I highly suggest not doing business with GotLogos.com
