Gotrans ripped off deceased man!! Memphis Tennessee

my husband leased on to go trans in jan. 2004. he was there less than 30 days. he had an opportunity to go to a better job and at his age of 52 he thought it would be in his best interest.

he turned all paperwork, signs, tags, trailers just as any professional driver would. when payroll was received 2 weeks later ron resser, merdith, and jay ressor had taken all but 800.00 dollars. the escrow account which had been set up by go trans was taken from him. they told that he didn't give suffient notice that he was going to quit.

all this took place over a 3 month period. i had back surgery and could not work and my husband had started a new job. things were very tight for us. i called gotrans several times and got the run around. i talked to everyone that worked there over a periods of months. not a thing was settled.

they had began to watch the calls with their caller id. they would not answer the phone and if they did you talked to someone different everytime.

anyway in aug. 2004 my husband passed away and things were really hard on me and my family. i called go trans again and explained the situation and asked for the money they owed him in the amount of 2500.00 dollars.
the run around started again and still to no avail gotrans still has his money. even though they knew he had passed. they called themselves family oriented, the only family they are interested in is there own.
