To Persons it may concern,
I have known Richard and his wife for over 12 years or so now and was the Loan Originator on his home loan in Antioch Tennessee. I also did his refinance on that same home whe I was still in the mortgage business. I can confirm he is a USA citizen or he would not have been able to give me his SS card to obtain a government Loan for his home. The Only thing Richard may be guilty of is chasing opportunities that sometimes may be out of reach or the process takes too long to get paid on. I worked with Richard on a product that was not plaswall and it was a very credible product that had all the license and test results and inspection results. I also know that Richard Waters is a Godly Christian man that attends Bethel World Outreach Church for over 20 years or close to. This family has been through alot but in no means whatsoever are they Nigerian or outright crooks. I am certian that their intentions with plaswall was innocent as he even proposed the idea to me to work with him but I was too busy at the time. I will vouch for Richard Waaters on every level. I do not know what has transpired with any of these complaints because I have not worked with Richard on any projects with Plaswall whatsoever or been invpolved with his company in over 5-6 years to promote any of his products however I do know this family on a more personal level and an appalled at this accusation towards Richard. If there is any legal accusations towards him or about his business intention I am not aware of as of this date December 19, 2013. I would be highly suprised, and disturbed.
