Yes ... but DHS and FEMA ONLY do business through the GSA schedule.  They DO NOT "register" companies to work with FEMA or DHS at all.  I urge anyone who thinks otherwise to contact DHS directly as I did.  Don't believe me or anyone else on the internet, believe DHS itself.  The service was entirely fradulent, regardless of whether or not a contract was signed.  If anyone else contacted DHS and got the same response, please also file a rebuttal below to back me up.

I am sure to get a verbally abusive response from this company.  If what I say is not true, then provide the name and title of your liasion with FEMA or DHS.  This will allow others to call FEMA and DHS using department phone numbers obtained from the internet (not from the company) and ask for those people.  The proof is in the pudding.

What is the definition of stupid criminals.  Michael Pirolo and his team of cohorts at Government Contract Registry Inc., are really stupid criminals.  I gave you scam artist a chance to refund our money and you continued to play more of your ridiculous games.  Well, let us see, how a court of law rules on the matter.  You see I have irrefutable evidence against these scammers plus their admissions to refunding the money.  Well, Michael, I had to pay the charges that you claim you refunded and guess what my evidence is more convincing then yours.  Plus Government Contract Registry Inc., has the audacity to call us scammers on the internet a few weeks ago.  We have never scammed any business or party for that matter.  We have helped thousands of people get jobs, professional licenses, determine paternity, and adopt children which are some of services that we provided over the years.  Where is your evidence of what you speak!

The stupid criminals at Government Contract Registry Inc., do not realize that they can also be sued for defamation which is defined as the act of defaming; false or unjustified injury of the good reputation of another, as by slander or libel.  You see scammed us out of money and forged my name a couple of times and past that false information on to others.  These events are all true but your explanation of events are going to be embarrassing to defend in any court, plus calling us scammers to harm our reputation is going make you liable for an even higher judgement against you.  Michael Pirolo and his team of cohorts at Government Contract Registry Inc., have scammed many small businesses and it is laughable to think that you can defeat me in these matters. Always remember, you reap what you sow.  I'm advising you to stop the defamation!  

Government Contract Registry has always displayed the upmost honesty and integrity in our market. Chester R Booker with Solo Diagnostics Incorporated has scammed our company and continues to do so. First he hired Government Contract Registry to handle his FEMA Registration for $500 which was completed and approved by (FEMA) Federal Emergency Management Agency and (DHS) Department of Homeland Security on April 3, 2015. On April 19, 2015 Chester R Booker called his credit card company get his money back after he received the confirmation email from FEMA and DHS that all the services he paid for were approved and delivered. In the dispute process Mr. Bookers credit card company sided with us becuase all services were completed and delivered by Government Contract Registry. Mr. Booker pleaded with use to refund his money because "he really needed the money" for his company. Even though Government Contract Registry completed the services Mr. Booker paid for. We decided to help the client out and refund the fee he paid for our services.  He then contacts another agency telling them he never received the refund and tried to get more money out of Government Contract Registry. So now, he wanted to keep his FEMA and DHS Registration intact and active, receive his $500 back through a refund and then try and get another $500 by saying he never received the initial refund. We supplied supporting documentation showing the refund was process on our side by our credit card merchant services as proof. Now Chester R Booker has post this misleading post on Rip Off Report. All I can say is WOW!!!!!
