We entered into a contractual agreement with Government Contract Services on 05/21/2012 and signed up with their Gold Package Offering at a cost of 12,500.

Government Contract Services, hereafter referred to as GCS promised in their agreement that they "have a "cradle to grave" approach to government contracting.  GCS will maintain and active interface with you and the government."  This has in no way occurred with our business.

The contract also outlines that they will:

Set up a marketing campaign to help increase sales.

Prepare brochure to comply with GSA mailing requirements.

Outline strategic plan for the first five years of GSA Contract

Collaborate with existing clients to set up sub-contracting opportunities for our business

Complete modifications to GSA Contract.

None of these obligations have been fulfilled to date by GCS.  I have contacted a number of employees for this company and have spoken with the owner, Brian Purgert, on several occasions over the course of the last few years.  I have addressed my concerns with them not fulfilling their obligations for this contract.  After addressing my concerns, the customer service that we received went from bad to worse.  Instead of returning phone calls and email requests weeks later, they began not to return them at all.  Mr. Purgert rarely, if ever, follows up on the things that he promises to and GCS has delivered very little of what they have promised. 

I have tried to speak with Mr. Purgert about resolving this matter and he clearly has no interest in discussing it with me. Even though I have left direct messages with a number of GCS staff on a number of occasions, Mr. Purgert claims that my messages have not been returned due to "problems with their phone systems" and "problems with their email servers".  I am confident that this is not the case as this has been a problem over the last six months or so.

At this point in time, I believe that GCS is merely a scam that is cleverly designed to take money from potential GSA schedule holders with the intentions of doing  little to nothing in return.
