"Governor Bob Riley and Son" (sounds like a business more like the MAFIA) both are hopefully being investigated by the FBI. Pay for play, bribes, extortion, money laundering, maybe murder. The "ALABAMA MAFIA" :  BOSS ----BOB RILEY,  UNDERBOSS---ROB RILEY, CAPO---TONY PETELOS AND ALL MAYORS IN ALABAMA, SOLDIERS-----ALABAMA STATE TROOPERS, HOOVER POLICE, ALL POLICE IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA. CURRENT SCAM, "Take our roads back" Revenue Enhancement in other words SPEED TRAPS TO ROB THE TAXPAYERS TO FILL THE COFFERS OF MUNICIPALITIES. The cops are the "Soldiers" or thieves  that will pull you over for???? Well they don't need a reason. And give you some paperwork. If your a cop and are being forced into quotas then be a whistle blower and expose the Boss, you may loose your job, but at least you'll have integrity.
