Govio, Govios, ASI, NHCD This company is a complete rip-off, scam, scam, scam Overland Park Kansas

I applaud Govios; the whole point is to save trees and stop pollution.

I'm sorry but I want breathable air in the next 10 years. This society is sick, "do this for me, give me that, wawawa, I'm lazy, i dont care if its wasteful" You'll really be boohooing when our air is so polluted we have to wear darn gas masks!.

Want to have a wasteful company then go get overcharged somewhere else, free is a freaking deal!

If you are not a ASP enrollee, $19.99 is still a frigin deal! I used to pay about $60 for 500 minutes with At**. That is a $40 savings probably even plus!

How can anyone dare say these company's are not related and the customer service numbers are the same, the website promotes all and how dare anyone say ASP/ASI/NHCD are not related. same management same product just again another scam to get out of their ways.. If Grant Wilms is CEO of Govios and ASP than they they are the same.. Please save the BS for people who do not know. The Govios claim to fame is they are the cheapest. VERY untrue... Govios charges for every call coming in answered or not. you are double charged infact. if someone calls leaves you a voicemail you are charged 2 minutes. than you are charged to pick this voice mail up there goes 4 mins.. If you call someone and THERE IS NO ANSWER YOU ARE CHARGED 2 MINS..This is a joke.. Virgin mobile is much cheaper. I say file a report to FCC if you have issues with your billing etc.. do not waist your time with BBB or here, go to the FCC if you want GOVIOS/ASI/ASP/NHCD put down.. also since they are now lead generating you can also file a report with FCC.
This company is way out. They just lost one of the better managers they had. Sherry Calwel left for reason sure wish I knew why. I was not on her team but if any one knows please contact me. She was great and there has to be a reason she left as she was very dedicated to this company.

I work for GoVios in their customer care center. The reason that the company does not send paper bills is because there are millions of tons of paper sent through the mail each year. This requires trees to be cut down, pollution to manufacture paper, and gasoline to ship.

GoVios does not charge the way other mobile carriers do. There are no hidden charges in bills. You can either go on-online and print out your bill using your account information or your can call customer care at 877-201-1313. We will be happy to print and send a copy of the bill to you upon request.

For some reason, stalkers and desperados are trying to connect these unrelated companies and after 'due diligence' I know for a fact they are not even related. This does not let Govio 'off the hook' from not giving hard copy billing, though. I think people are entitled to 'hard" bills and not just online billing.
