GOVMINT.COM beware- promises best prices - very talkative sales pitch - thrives also on those who are eldery and customers who are sick Internet

 My 64 year old husdand is very illl many health issues and  has advanced memeory loss getting worse per doctors he sees on timely basis - PTSD, totally 100 percent disaled by VA (variety of items) and he would  much rather work, just not possible -  and many chronic health problems. I contacted GOVMINT.COM to ask them to please NOT solicit my husband several times they relay okay but you are his wife correct , YES quit calling our # period. They sold him more coins.. Throughout past year(s) they stated processed this request and so forth.  

They are still sending bills to credit cards my husband has his name only and we are writing credit card companies dispute charges on ones coming in  .   I (wife) must work, no choice, work very long hours on salary (Blessed to have job not complaing)  and my husband has caregivers,  but cannot monitor this constantly on them calling . as well. in past via calling was told no more feuature charges to your husband,  - I presumed they noted the account, however credit charges added monthly and certainy call credit cards and dispute these charges and many many times never seen orders arrive to shipping address.  My husband for 30 years always been interested in coins, and nothing went awry until GOVMINT started calling here .

My huband  billed $1067.45  for additional coins on credit cards month of July 2014. Now that I have the management of our joint accounts - always were - bill pay for home now, I am very concerned this has been happenning past couple of years with very high amounts in a total.  I am researching this (have been) and checking many details and asking for credit card receipts (statements in past - husband paid and then shredded -  in past did not see since Husband was taking care of all this and as said his health conditioned has failed and is failing more each day. certainly in care of doctors . 

If items actully shipped to my husband and we have the credit card statements showing this purchases can full refund be made for entire amounts charged??? Understand they say within in 30 days  but   Promises made to my husband on phone - and yes at times when thinking myself - not sounding right ,  was on other phone line and my husband would plainly say,   wife is on phone. I would advise lets hold up and think on this to my husband.    Many items I can see on statements  April 2014 - through now - Never ordered but showing up on Statements.   large charges.   I would would mail  a note from company - no more calls explaining what can be done on ths major situation here.   Yes know my husband talks, he able to do this but is very sick and he cannot help it his mind is not clear due to sickness (several) and being hurt bad (many ways in VietNam) protecting our USA and God blessed him to be able to return home So so many did not.   God bless them/ families and highest respects as well to them all Troops/their familes  and thank them each all.  

Note when called many times was relayed this was credit card order and must keep on file this, cause my husband caregives have noted no your husband never too out his credit card(s) . My husband does not use computer/internet and so on.   never ever he does this and certainly not his wife. Like I say past 2 / 3 years due to my husbands rapidly declining health,  i been paying all the bills for us/home/etc fome our joint checking accounts and looking back at past history -  this has started up 2 or even 3 years ago and still happeneing.  Need all this to stop. 

Also looking to see basd on all above what total type of refund is possible with all proof from actual credit cards showing these charges and Never placed formal what so ever.  No orders ever made to this company via online.  Credit cards as said in my husband name, mine is not on these credit cards.   Request follow  up my US Postal Main since not answering any call from GOVMINT.Com and they call lots. Againhave called GOVMINT to ask our phone # be removed from their customer calling listings. Staff nice, Salemans are super nice evn saying purchase and your money will double very soon - 14 months or less. Not seeing this is the case at all. 

I know you can shop around for the best prices, but again,  if very ill - called all the time from GOVMINT.COM and some is not thinking clear,  and certainly cannot help this,  something needs to be done since they relay to customers you are getting a fantasic deal will be worth double the money in a year .  They are open 24/7 and folks who very ill not thinking clear, are being taken advantage of when in very bad health.
