GovSimplified LLC Khadejah Payne Defrauded me into paying $147 for a form that is available for free Miami, FL Florida

When I attempted to get an EIN for my non-profit clothing company, Resurrection  Clothing, I googled EIN numbers and GovSimplified came up first on the search.  They guaranteerd me an EIN number with little bother for a fee. 

Their forms, fonts, etc. made their form look legitimate, so I began a GoFundMe account to get the required fee.  When volunteers had helped raise the money, I bought the alleged EIN number.  Now that I need to give it to the proper people to begin another GoFundMe appeal, I find that the number is not legitimate.  So this company not only defrauded me of my money and my supporters of theirs, they issued a fraudulent document as well.  

I would like to see this company indicted for fraud or a class action lawsuit filed to fine them and help their victims recover their money, pride (from having to beg for funds), and harm to small not-for-profit agencies and companies.
