GOVTRIBE WWW.GOVTRIBE.COM Failed to deliver the services prepaid on an annual subscription Arlington Virginia

I entered into a 12 month prepaid subsciption to search, esearch, and gather documentation on a wide variety of federal government purchases, that require large downloads of data in csv format.  My prepaid subscrption included 2500 record data downloads.   About 2 weeks ago, Govtribe went through a website refresh and rebuild.  At the end of that, I noticed that my downloads were now restricted to a total of 50 at a time.  

I brought this to the attention of the owner, Marc.  all he could do was to offer me a 25% discount on a $2000 upcharge.....to receive the same services as I had already paid for.  I complained and he cancelled my account.  

In my opinion, this company has no honor and and firms should look elsewhere to find a more reputable company with staff who have a sense of ethics.
