Beware! When shopping online, I came across Find Beauty and Truth skincare products. Ordered, received product and didn't like it. The refund for the product and membership took 2 months because I assumed it was a 30-day trial not 15-day trial. Therefore, I missed the first month and was charged membership and product cost. It was finally cancelled in the 2nd month. In addition, I had to pay for shipping the product back in order to get my refund.
In summary, I lost shipping/handling, 1st month product cost, automatic membership not authorized and will not trust any skincare product group online if I haven’t tried it before. Highly disappointed with their order policies and return policies. I will not recommend and will not order again!
My question is, how can you really evaluate a skincare product within 2 weeks? Don't order, their marketing is all hype and no substance! READ THE FINE PRINT!
