gpsoutlets navigation & cameras paid in full for camera on may 18 it is now July 18 and no camera no response to emails no phone contact Santa Monica California

Bought and paid in full for a Nikon Coolpix P900 on May 25 2017. They then informed me this camera came without a battery and charger so I agreed to aditional fee for a total of $579.99 my order number is 410482453-52 I recieved an invoice for my purchase on 06/06/17 but was not given a tracking number until 06/21/17 and when I looked it up the info showed package in route with an arrival date of 06/29/17. It is now 07/18/17 and still I have not recieved my camera. I have written a total of 5 emails with absolutely no response from this retailer.

My phone calls were answered at the beginning all the way till I recieved a tracking number, However, I have been unsuccessful in contacting them again via telephone. Every time I call them I automaticlly get elevator music and I have waited on the phone for over 40 min  at times. Other times I get the we are now closed please call back during normal business hours, the thing is it is during their business hours. Sun 8 to 5 Mon through Thurs 8 to 7  and friday 9 to 3 eastern time. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and have to wait until  07/21/17 before I can contactc them and inquire about this complaint. Stay as far away as you can from these weasels.
