Be careful when ordering Proactive, because they work in conjuction with another company, GR Nutrition/Vitapower. My mother-in-law ordered Proactive for me and when asked if she wanted to sign up for the vitamins, she said NO. They went ahead and signed her up for the vitamins. Because the original product was billed on HER credit card, I had no idea she was being charged for the vitamins. (On a side note, the vitamins are MORE than the proative product)
When I called the company to let them know that I would like to send back all UNOPENED boxes, they have refused and said they could only credit her card for one box. I have asked to speak to a supervisor, but of course they were too busy. I am still waiting for that call back. Be careful and make sure to check your credit card statements.
