I recently went to grabbag.com and ordered one of the set of 2 bags, and an insulated bag. My order was suppose to be $29.97. However after getting to the place order area I seen that there was an additional set of bags in my cart.

I hit edit cart and went to take of the extra bags. when I FINALLY got it to work and get the bags that I actually wanted. The total was THEN $29.97. So I placed my order. No biggie right? WRONG!!!!! check my acct the next day and they had not gone through yet. again no biggie. however 48 hours after placing the $29.97 order I look at my acct and see that

THEY charged my acct for the $29.97 AND 44.98 (the price before I edited my cart) that threw my acct into overdraft. I called the company immediately and the response I got was, “you placed the \orders. 2 orders” I had not. So I asked to speak to someone else. They transferred me to someone else who told me the same thing. I asked to be transferred to someone that could actually do something about their websites messed up server (or whatever it was) I was finally transferred to someone.

They told me that the money would be refunded after investigation. Which would take 7-10 days at most. No worries. I can wait. They after 7 days I called back and told that it would be an additional 7-10 days to do. I spoke with someone who assured me that all my issues would be handled and I needed to email my bank statement to the customer service department and all would be good to go.

I did that earlier this week and gave them the benefit of the doubt that things would get handled. only it did not. Talked to them again today (after getting heated by now) and they told me they did not cause my overdraft I did and they will not be refunding me any of my money. then got hung up on.

I immediately called my bank to get it taken care of (one of their terms is have to try to resolve with company before using them to do it. they are last resort.) So, now my bank is dealing with them and I no longer have to! THANK GOD. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! EVER!
