Grab Travel andTours Corp. also brands itself as Grab Travel PH. The latter name serves to mark itself as a travel company based in the Philippines. It is a scammer because it offers to do everything for customers. Grab Travel PH promises not only offers to book flights, hotels and transport services for you; it also claims to provide visa assistance, get birth certificates from the National Statistics Office and handle passport documentation or immigration cases for customers.

Grab Travel PH does not follow the terms and conditions agreed in the contract. They are scammers and are only after their customers’ money. They are kind at first but when they have your full payment they don't reply anymore and they change the initial travel plans to their advantage.

Another possible giveaway is the lack of professionalism in the web content that is supposed to promote Grab Travel PH services but grates for its atrocious grammar and syntax.  It reads in part: “Grab Travel and Tour Corporation born on an uncertain decision---management wasn’t prepared for that breakthrough due to close reasons… the management has the green thumb in doing all tailored-fit tour packages…”

This is exactly what online identity theft experts warn about.  A travel and tour site is a scammer if it changes travel dates on consumers and not telling them beforehand.  So, for example, a consumer would book a travel package with the company with a flight on a Monday; the flight would change times or dates (either because of the airline or because the company wanted to put the customer on a different — read: cheaper — flight) and the company would neglect to tell the consumer.

So to protect yourself against scammers like Grab Travel and Tours, it’s important to verify all hotels, flights, etc. that you booked through a third-party site with the hotel, airline, etc. itself.
