     Graceland College now University changed their handbook to read only one course could be repeated in 1998. I was given a 1997 Handbook. In 2000 I was accused of Breach of Confidentiality when I told a patient that there was a lawsuit when a patient would not enter the hospital and died. Lawsuits are Posted on The Court Room Door. Dr. Fernegel wrote a letter kicking me out, gave me an F, when my grade was and A and left town. I had no idea she left a message with my 11 year old. I never received a letter since she expelled me from the University and went to a conference so I could not get in touch with her. A letter had 3 accusations, one which never happened. The College has as one of their requirements as "Clear communication" yet Role Models this. 

   I hired an attorney and was allowed back in. I am their first Hispanic Grad Student in the Nurse Practitioner Program. I came from UCLA to Graceland and had already taken PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND received an A. My last course was with Dr. Vigan who was sure she could get rid of me so she tells me to drop her PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT course. When I asked her how many points I had she couldn't tell me. So, I didn't drop it. Keep in mind, my 1997 Handbook does not have "only one course can be repeated" in it. So, I am being held accountable for information I do not have. That's Student Abuse.

    I filed a report with the Missouri Commission on Human Rights and Nicki finds out that Dr. Vigan can't tell her either how many points since her grading is arbitrary. Nicki then gets kicked out after they sick their attorney on her and let her know that they are Mormons and Church and State conflict is not allowed.

  The US Dept. of Education had no clue what was going on. They asked 8 questions to 3 people and closed it. Bottom line is GRACELAND COLLEGE IS PREJUDICE AGAINST HISPANICS. ONLY WHITE NEED APPLY. 

  I wrote a book called, Civil Rights Violations at Graceland University by Veronica Lopez Bruce. I have over 100 citations and all the original information. I was left with $40,000 in student loans, no masters degree and no nurse practitioner certification. The Graceland banned the book from American stores so you have to go to United Kingdom to get it. A Law Library in Utah purchased it and has it in their library.

  I feel I have been defrauded by them and even Dr. Stevens who was a student advocate in 1999 who I thought was my advocate in 2000. I found out his title changed to Teacher Advocate. I had no one representing me. I had paid an attorney who would not return my calls. So Graceland overpowered me. 

Is this legal?
