Graceland Portable Buildings shady dealings Prairieville, Louisiana Nationwide

My name is Melba C and I went to Graceland to order a 10x12 utility shed.  I originally put a $250.00 down payment but unforutnately when it was delivered, I realized that my fence had to be moved to get it in the back yard.  Upon trying to move the fence, we realized it couldn't be moved so I went back into Graceland, picked out a smaller utility shed (8x12), paid a $100 change fee and althhough the down payment for the smaller shed was $45 cheaper, I allowed them to apply that $45 to the price of the shed.  I was told at first it would be $200 to come out and moved the bigger shed into my back yard but after I did the change fee, the deliver guy Jeremy called me and told me they wasn't going to charge me anything and that they would try to rush the new shed.  A week later, I get a call saying the only way they would deliver the new shed is if I paid an additional $290.00.  When I refused to pay that amount, I was told that I wouldn't get any of my money back.  So this means I paid a total of $350.00 to Graceland and have absoulety nothing to show for it.  They took my money and don't have a problem with it.  I am telling anyone that will listen, do not go to Graceland Portable Buildings because they will rip you off.  That is how they make their money.
