Gracie Barra Brazillian Jiu Jitsu Leo/ Owner Heather/secretary Ripped off Corpus Christi Texas

 I took my 5 yr old to start his first Jiu Jitsu class for self defense/ decipline since he was starting kinder the yr. I paid $150 for his Gi and wrote $110 check for the month. I was putting my sons belt on and a older boy came up and told my son he was going to beat him up today! I turned and said that wasn't nice! His grandma made him apologize and we went on with the rest of the class. The boys grandma called his mother she came to the class and when the class was over came up to me sitting on the bench started screaming at me threatened me in front of all the parents trainers ect bc I told her son it wasn't nice that he told my son he was going to beat him up! I called Heather/ secretary over and told her they need to be done I pay to be here and I thought this was a family friendly place. I called the owner Leo he said he would get back in touch with me that if someone was getting kicked out it was the lady and her son. Heather called me the next day and says they are so sorry for what happened they wouldn't cash my check for $110 I would only have to pay $50 bc of what happened. I said I wasn't bringing me or my son back there after being threatened from her and her son. She said she understands. I said I would like for them to not deposit the check and would like $100 back for my sons Gi. She would talk to Leo and get back to me.

The next day I texted to see what was found out and no response just ignored. Called Leo myself sent straight to voicemail. Checked my acct after them holding the check for a whole month and now they deposited the check. I get no response and screwed out of the whole deal bc now I have a Gi outfit that my son will never wear again for $150 bc there is no other place for him to go around here and $110 check that was deposited when my son didn't even finish the whole month bc some lady and her son threatening and bullying me and my son to where I didn't feel safe or comfortable to go back.
