Grade A Painting Grade A Painting took payment from but did not pay the subcontractors who actually performed the work Cumming Georgia

Dustin Shirley, owner of Grade A Painting, came into my home and provided an estimate for an interior paint job.  After providing an estimate and I gave him a desposit.  Dustin sent a crew to complete the job at my home.  After his subcontracting crew completed the job, I gave him the remaining balance owed.  But he did not pay his subcontracting crew. 

The subcontractors have threatened to file a lien on the property because Dustin refused to pay them for the work they completed.  Dustin claimed his wife was going to meet the subcontracting crew so they could be paid but this never happened.  Dustin has ignored phone calls and texts from both the subcontracting crew and myself.  As of the current date, they still have not been paid.  Based on multiple online review sites, it is apparent Dustin has a history of this behavior and he was been constantly getting away with it:
