Graham Bloxham is an absolute rip-off artist .If you have seen the movie "CATCH ME IF YOU CAN", Graham bloxham of infoscreens and his other alias companies also listed as above, would are the main perpetratiors. This man Graham Bloxham arrived at my business ,showing me how these infoscreens would benefit and increase profit in my business. Infoscreens is an advertising median which comprimises of a tv screen located in shops/stores placed in locations with high customer exposure. They sold me a lease of a television and a computer worth over $5000. Bloxham stated, and promised me that I would not have to pay any money to any one . The way the system was supposed to work is that Bloxham would pay me the monthly payment ,which I then would foward to allleasing who were the company through which Bloxham arranged the lease of the equipment. No payments were made to my account however I was obligated to pay the all leasing company, so Bloxham was recieving money from individuals and companies who were using his screens for advertising, whilst i paid for the screen/computer, in other words bloxham was making money while my company lost it. As I was not recieving payments from Bloxham, no payments went to alleasing (who I believe were also in on the scam). I have phoned Graham Bloxam many times asking him to deposit the money he owes ,so that I can therfore forward the outstanding sum to Alleasing. He kept replying that he would look into the matter and resolve the situation, or he would say that the money had been deposited. His promises were never completed and I have learnt that my business is not the only one to suffer from Bloxhams scheme. He has taken multiple other businesses in the local area and swindled them also, which means there must be others futher abroad who have also been conned. After a while a repossesion agent came and removed the screen and computer from my posession. Which raises another issue that if these screens are being removed and not in operation, then those clients paying Bloxham money to advertise their companies are paying for exposure which doesnt exist. To all others that have been scammed please do not hesitate to expose this con man. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN ,HIS PROMISES ARE LIES AND YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY.

False and misleading report. Defaming and libelous.

AUTHOR: Peter Tungston - (New Zealand)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 17, 2010

I represent Mr Bloxham from Crown Law in Auckland.

I have been working this file for 19 months.

Throughout my investigations i have found that there have been no prosecutions or other complaints against my client Mr Bloxham and he did not own infoscreens.

There is NO scam and in fact Mr Bloxham was acting merely as an agent for infoscreens.

The complainant who states he called Mr Bloxham remains hidden and Mr Bloxham has no record of such complaints or situations araising. MY client accepts that arrangement could have been soured by the finance company stopping to finance some outlets and effectively putting an end to the project.

The arrangements was simple. Mr Bloxham presented outlets an option to lease a tv, pc and internet connection. The outlet (at their own discretion) and entirely on their own back sign or don,t sign. The company infoscreens sells advertising but the contract clearly states the outlet will get a share of revenue as an offset.

Thats the deal. No hidden clauses or scams or promises of income.

The outlet that has made this complaint has therefore caused my client harm from malicious and libelous claims and we await a time we can identify the complainant and take action for defamation and lost earnings as a result of this post.

My client is a prominent and highly successful business person. In my professional opinion it was highly unreasonable, dishonest and misleading to make these false statements.

I am putting the person and reps from All Leasing on notice that any further comments or actions will be met with instant action.

Response by Alleasing NZ Ltd

AUTHOR: John Patterson - (Australia)

POSTED: Monday, June 30, 2008

The complaint alleges that Alleasing is a party to the alleged "scam" by Mr Bloxham and Infolease. Far from being complicit with Infolease, Alleasing is also a victim of Infolease's business activities.
