If you own cell phone and communication towers such as Verizon, AT&T,Nextel,T-mobile or just anything don't sign anything with these people and run! First they will hunt you down and call dozens of times harassing you to the point that you agree to sell and then the wonderful sales person kicks in and takes over to tell you what a wonderful deal your getting. After they send you a 250 pages contract to sign your done.....You just lost 200k per tower site under what they said they'll pay you. I was told it wouldn't take too long to close the deal at 800k. I signed and after they reevaluated the price offered it dropped to 500k 2 months later. 3 months later it dropped to 430k because of some other garbage. In their 200 page contract it says they can revaluate everything if they desire and adjust the price accordingly. Then they called and said a certain part of a tower was restricted by another adjoining piece of property I owned and they had to have a right a way. I said noway it wasn't going to happen and they told me I need to read page ## of my contract and I would be responsible for 80k in research and other fees and 20% of the final selling price if we backed out. So to make a long story short. I had 1 million bucks in 2 communication cell phone towers and these pieces of human scum hounded me to sign a contract to sell them for 800k and then to readjust the price to 430 and give me a 1099 with 430k so I can pay the government another 130k and after 10 months I am still getting hassased on a weekly basis about the price and ever other little nit pick thing they can find. This was a piece of property that wasn't for sale and was never going to be for sale. But after months of hassassment we made the worst mistake of our life to these thugs.
